Refund & Returns Policy — Voltex

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

2. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition (unused, undamaged)
- In original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by your order number

3. HOW TO RETURN
Email us at thelifechangehere@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank to process it.

5. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Support@Gadgetbank.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 30 days without prior approval
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

7. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
